A Danville resident for more than two decades, Samantha raised her family in the area and brings an understanding of the nuances of the market to The Agency as a founding member of its Danville office. Growing up in a real estate family, she has been immersed in the industry her entire life and recognizes the importance of exceptional customer service. Samantha successfully sells homes and represents buyers throughout the East Bay, including Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. As a licensed paralegal with a keen understanding of contracts, she successfully negotiates on behalf of her clients to protect their interests and achieve the best possible results. Leveraging her background in law and her experience in strategic marketing, Samantha offers her clients a distinct advantage. Known for her consistent communication and excellent follow-through, she is proud to count many clients among her lifelong friends. Originally from Orange County, California, Samantha moved to Northern California in 1989. She attended college at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, graduating with a B.A. in Legal Studies.

When she’s not working on behalf of her clients, she enjoys reading, hiking in the mountains with her two Boston Terriers, cooking international food and sharing meals with family and friends.

A recent member of the Danville Children's Guild, Samantha has the opportunity to impact children's lives in Contra Costa County. In 2018 and 2019, the Guild was able to donate over $180,000 to local children in need.
